Meet the Team

All our counsellors adhere to the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions, and to the standards laid down by the Association of Family Therapists.

I aim to offer a therapeutic, safe and non-judgemental space where clients can bring whatever they wish to explore in our sessions. I have extensive knowledge working with addiction and a particular interest in supporting neurodiverse adults, including those experiencing anxiety and stress. I also work with issues relating to trauma and abuse. I am happy to have an initial conversation before a client commits to sessions, so they can ask questions and ensure they feel comfortable working with me.

I have spent 10 years working in a Therapeutic Community before joining the Change Project in 2024. I am a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist (CBT) and Psychodynamic Counsellor, specialising in developmental trauma and the impact that this can have in adult life. I work with adults who might need support with PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, OCD, Phobia's, Low Self Esteem and body image.

I am a fully qualified and registered counsellor and psychotherapist offering supportive and confidential counselling. I work from a humanistic and integrative approach, helping adults, young people, and couples explore and process life’s challenges at their own pace. I support clients experiencing a wide range of issues, including relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, loss, and day-to-day distress, fostering a safe space for honest expression and personal growth.

I am a qualified psychodynamic, systemic, and relationship counsellor. I provide therapy to individuals, couples, families, and young people. Whether you're navigating a romantic relationship, a specific family dynamic, or simply exploring that relationship you have with yourself, I am here to support you. My aim is to offer a safe, inclusive space, where you feel comfortable to work through life’s challenges, or simply explore new directions, decisions, or ways of communicating. This can be at a pace that feels comfortable to you. I offer both short- and long-term counselling, both in person, or secure online sessions.

I am a counsellor with 25 years experience.I am trained in psychodynamic and systemic approaches and also in working with couples family's and young people. I currently work in a school delivering Counselling for The Change Project. My aim is to hopefully help adults and young people make sense of their emotional issues whilst offering a warm calm confidential space where we can talk openly and work on, to moving forward in their life.
