The Change Hub
Lives free from Domestic Abuse
Working with the Change Hub is completely voluntary and free.
We provide 1-2-1 support and advice to people who want to make positive changes in how they behave in relationships with others, whether this is with a partner, an ex-partner or a family member. Support is also offered to those affected by our client’s abusive behaviour.
To ensure that our clients have access to other services that may be able to help, we can also signpost to local agencies for additional support in areas such as emotional wellbeing, substance use, employment etc.
Who can access the service?
If domestic abuse is a concern within personal or family relationships, the Change Hub is here to help.
We work in a non-judgemental way with clients aged 16 and above who want to make positive changes regardless of gender, ethnicity or sexuality.
Appointments will be offered in a suitable location and at a time that that are convenient for each individual client.
The Change Hub - Norfolk
The Change hub also has a service in Norfolk – providing one to one support for high risk perpetrators across the county. Victims are offered support via our integrated support team whilst the perpetrator is in treatment.
At present referrals can be made via the Domestic Abuse Partnership Perpetrator Approach (DAPPA)
Specialist Intervention Service
The Change Project offers a Specialist Intervention Service. Clients over the age of 16 can access Behaviour Change Interventions and therapeutic support. Victims/survivors are offered support throughout our interventions.
